Our Mail-In Service Process:

1. Pre-Cleaning Flow & Leak Testing — We measure initial flow rate, spray symmetry, and check for high-pressure leaks.

2. Deep Ultrasonic Cleaning — Injectors undergo an energized ultrasonic bath that breaks down stubborn carbon and varnish deposits inside the micro-galleries.

3. Component Replacement — We replace old O-rings, internal micro-filters, plastic pintle caps, and rubber seals.

4. Post-Cleaning Verification — Final bench test verifying balanced flow rates across all cylinders before return shipping.

How To Ship Your Injectors To Us:

• Step 1: Safely remove injectors and drain remaining fuel.

• Step 2: Package each injector in sealed ziplock bags with plenty of bubble wrap.
